Nebulous Guides Hub
Solo bullet-hell walkthroughs from first launch to permadeath clears.
This Guides Hub is the practical map for Roblox Nebulous—the solo bullet-hell boss rush titled [NEW MODE] Nebulous by latent//state (permission from LostVolBytes). Use it to jump from day-one onboarding into farming loops, spike drills, Guardian plans, rocket economy, and the post-clear permadeath ladder.
Nebulous released on 2026-06-29. You pilot a ship against block bosses, break loot blocks, and spend into 80+ upgrades while clearing 25 levels, 5 Guardians, and a final boss (31 fights). The place is solo today (maxPlayers = 1) with controller and mobile support. Co-op, a level editor, and cosmetics are on the roadmap. After your first campaign clear, permadeath unlocks with triple resources and one life. For live traffic and the August 2026 update pulse, see Live Status.
PC navigation shows the top guides here and routes overflow to this hub via View all—start with the links below even if a title sits past the first dropdown screen.
Start here (new pilots)
- What Is Nebulous — product definition,
[NEW MODE]title context, and who the game is for. - Getting Started — first-hour checklist, upgrade priority, and rockets before Guard 1.
- Controls — keyboard, mobile, and controller habits that keep you alive in dense patterns.
- Rockets and Items — how usable tools open cores and finish awkward phases.
- How to Farm — when to repeat a level instead of forcing a Guardian.
- Level Spikes — L5, L7–8, L10, and L13 bookmarks in one walkthrough.
Join the Roblox Group for +15% resources via Group Rewards before you grind. Codes are covered honestly on the Codes Hub—few public active codes may exist at any time, so Group income and clean farms matter more.
Upgrade philosophy (wiki-wide)
Community guidance adapted for Nebulous (including Nebulock-adjacent skill-tree lessons that share the same combat economy):
- Prioritize damage, clip, reload, bounce, and rockets.
- Delay early size, health, and post-collection multipliers.
- Unlock usable items/rockets before Guardian 1 (~level 5).
- Farm the prior level before each Guardian; rockets open cores.
- Mid-run, add ricochet, drones, and thin shields via Drones and Shields.
Stage bookmarks you will see across guides:
- L5 — rocket open + finish
- L7 / L8 — rocket openers
- L10 — wing control, then corner lure
- L13 — shield circles
Mid-game and boss path
Once your kit can open cores reliably, shift into structured boss prep:
- Beat Guardians — all five Guardians, prep farms, and panic buttons.
- Final Boss — endgame pattern discipline after the Guardian gauntlet.
- Permadeath — rules, risk management, and how triple resources change spending.
- Campaign Map — the full 31-fight route board under Bosses.
Each guide cross-links siblings so you can move laterally without returning to the home page every time.
How these guides are written
- Facts stay aligned with release status: released, Roblox-only, solo now, co-op upcoming.
- No fabricated video IDs. Multiple guides embed distinct real lineage gameplay videos (skill tree, walkthroughs, finale references).
- Internal links use trailing slashes and stay locale-agnostic.
- Advice prefers decision frameworks over spoilers that rot after a single patch.
Suggested reading orders

Resource-focused Group Rewards → How to Farm → Rockets and Items → Getting Started (upgrade section) → Permadeath
Stuck on a spike level Level Spikes → Controls → Rockets and Items → How to Farm → Beat Guardians (relevant section)
What not to expect from this hub
- Instant co-op LFG (not shipped yet)
- A guaranteed always-working codes list (see Codes Hub for honesty)
- Script installs (out of scope for these guides)
Keep improving your runs
After each session, note which upgrade actually shortened a phase and which panic rocket saved a wipe. Nebulous rewards deliberate builds more than random shopping. When cosmetics and the editor arrive, your combat fundamentals will transfer; the hub will still start with the same pillars: movement, fire economy, rockets, and Guardian prep.
Browse the child guides below in the navigation, or jump with the links above. Fly clean, spend smarter, and clear the block sky on purpose.
